Approach
Models first. Always.
Every digital twin starts with a real model. The model keeps ownership of their image. Five commitments frame every project.
Written consent
No digital twin is created without the model’s written agreement, signed before any production.
Approval by the model
Every visual is submitted to the model before release. Without their approval, the visual is not used.
Paid for every use
The model is paid each time their image is used, not once and for all.
Time-limited licence
Every licence sets a duration and its uses. When it ends, the visuals are no longer used, unless the model agrees to a renewal.
Right of withdrawal
The model can withdraw their digital twin. No new licence is then granted. Terms for licences in progress: [to be completed].
